On August 14, 2025, Vinmec Health System continued to make its mark when it was honored for the second time at HR Asia Awards 2025 with two awards: "Best Workplace in Asia" and "Enterprise with policies and activities for the health and comprehensive happiness of employees". The double award once again affirms Vinmec's leading position in the field of human resource governance and building corporate culture in the Asian region.

Two consecutive years reaching the "Asia peak" in ideal working environment

HR Asia Awards is a prestigious international award held annually in 15 Asian countries to evaluate and honor businesses with leading human resources policies, benefits and working environments in the region. This year is the second consecutive time Vinmec System has been honored at this prestigious award with double awards: Best Companies to Work for in Asia and Most Caring Company Award.

Being honored at HR Asia Awards not only affirms Vinmec's effective human resources strategy, but also shows the ability to build a sustainable culture in a specific industry such as healthcare - which requires high work intensity and strict expertise. The working environment at Vinmec is where the medical team is comprehensively supported in terms of expertise, personal development and spiritual life.

At Vinmec, the philosophy of "People are assets, not costs" is always a guideline in all activities. For many years, Vinmec has been steadfast in its three core pillars: building culture, comprehensively developing people and maintaining sustainable stability. These factors have helped Vinmec excellently overcome the strict evaluation criteria of the international jury at HR Asia Awards to continue to be recognized as one of the most ideal workplaces in the region.

Sharing about the achievements, Prof. Dr. Tran Trung Dung - General Director of Vinmec Healthcare System, said: The two consecutive prestigious awards for regional human resource governance are a valuable recognition of Vinmec's persistent efforts in creating a humane working environment, inspiring, and creating maximum conditions for employees to promote their potential. This is a testament to the right orientation that we pursue - taking people as the center, not only in the aspect of health care for the community but also internally.

From the philosophy of "people are assets" to Vinmec's different human resources policies

The working environment at Vinmec is built on the values of C.A.R.E: Creativity - Responsibility - Trust - Perfection. Unlike many organizations that only stop at slogans, Vinmec realizes these values into specific policies and clear action programs. A typical example is the Speak Up program - where all employees are encouraged to contribute ideas, reflect on problems and propose solutions directly to leaders. This contributes to building a transparent, open working environment and promoting personal voice.

The commitment to fairness and diversity at Vinmec is also clearly demonstrated through the rate of 57.3% of women holding leadership positions - a clear demonstration of a working environment where capacity and contribution are put first. In addition, Vinmec also focuses on investing in a long-term human development strategy with 9,341 courses deployed in 2024, from medical professional training to soft-year techniques, governance and leadership.

In particular, Vinmec is the only medical unit in Vietnam that fully finances personnel participating in advanced training and research abroad. Thanks to this policy, in the period of 2022 - 2024, the system has had 1 more Associate Professor, 18 PhDs and 61 MSc - impressive figures for a non-public health organization.

Another key factor creating a long-term bond between employees and Vinmec is financial stability and welfare. Whether in the context of many economic fluctuations or the health sector facing many challenges, Vinmec always ensures salaries and bonuses, maintains full welfare regimes and a safe working environment. As a result, the jobless rate at Vinmec is currently at just 10.7% - nearly half of the global average. These figures not only reflect the effectiveness of human resource strategies but also demonstrate the trust and strong cohesion between the organization and the human resources team.

Previously, in April 2025, Vinmec was also honored as "Health System of the Year" and "Health Technology Innovation of the Year" at the Healthcare Asia Awards. The consecutive successes at prestigious awards in the region continue to affirm Vinmec's pioneering role, contributing to Vietnam's healthcare sector, both in terms of expertise and organizational governance.
