Two consecutive years reaching the "Asia peak" in ideal working environment
HR Asia Awards is a prestigious international award held annually in 15 Asian countries to evaluate and honor businesses with leading human resources policies, benefits and working environments in the region. This year is the second consecutive time Vinmec System has been honored at this prestigious award with double awards: Best Companies to Work for in Asia and Most Caring Company Award.

In particular, Vinmec is the only medical unit in Vietnam that fully finances personnel participating in advanced training and research abroad. Thanks to this policy, in the period of 2022 - 2024, the system has had 1 more Associate Professor, 18 PhDs and 61 MSc - impressive figures for a non-public health organization.
