Mr. Minh said that for many years, his family has maintained the habit of buying gold on the occasion of the God of Wealth, so this year they also took advantage of going early before the main holiday. "I usually buy one or half a tael to get lucky. This year it's raining but I still go because I think at the beginning of the year I should keep the habit" - he said.

Standing in the waiting line, Ms. Vuong Hoai Linh (Gia Lam commune, Hanoi) said that she plans to buy 0.1 taels of gold.
