According to the Hanoi Employment Service Center, the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs will coordinate with the Hanoi Capital High Command to organize a conference to summarize 10 years of implementing the Coordination Regulation on career counseling, vocational guidance, and job introduction for demobilized soldiers in Hanoi City and soldiers about to complete military service serving in the army of agencies and units directly under the Hanoi Capital High Command; signing the Coordination Regulation for the period 2026-2030 and the following years.
The conference is expected to be held at 8:00 AM on March 31, 2026 at the Hanoi Capital Command (No. 8 Pham Hung Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi City).
The Hanoi Employment Service Center said that the conference will summarize and evaluate 10 years (2015-2025) of implementing the Coordination Regulation between the Department of Home Affairs and the Capital Command in career counseling, vocational training and job introduction for demobilized soldiers in the city. At the same time, analyze and clarify the advantages and effective models; point out difficulties and obstacles and the causes of existence to draw practical lessons learned... From there, unify directions and organize the signing of the Coordination Regulation for the period 2026-2030 on the basis of strengthening the connection between the two units to support demobilized soldiers to stabilize their lives, develop the economy and ensure social security in the locality.
