Mao Khe Coal honors long-serving workers and creative miners

    On October 6, Mao Khe Coal Company held a ceremony to honor employees with long service and commend creative miners in 2023. This is the second consecutive year the Company has organized this event.

    Attending the ceremony were Mr. Le Thanh Xuan - Member of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairman of the TKV Trade Union, along with 265 employees with many years of service and 22 outstanding individuals who won the title of "Creative Miner of 2023". For 3 consecutive years (2021-2023) and the first 9 months of 2024, the Company has not had any serious work accidents. 2024 is the 3rd consecutive year that Mao Khe Coal Company - TKV continues to be honored as "Outstanding Enterprise for Workers"; The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs awarded a Certificate of Merit for "Good implementation of labor laws and good care of the material and spiritual life of employees" ... In the first 9 months of 2024, the Company united, joined hands, and unanimously completed the targets assigned by the Group, with an average income per capita of nearly 21 million VND/person/month (reaching 111% of the annual plan).
