Dossier requesting retirement at a higher age for teachers

Clause 2, Article 18, Decree 93/2026/ND-CP detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Teachers (effective from March 31, 2026) stipulates dossiers requesting retirement at a higher age as follows:

a) Application for retirement at a higher age (according to Form No. 02 in the Appendix attached to this Decree);

b) Teacher records according to the provisions of law on public employees;

c) Documents and evidence that meet the retirement conditions at a higher age.

Thus, from March 31, 2026, the dossier requesting retirement at a higher age for teachers is regulated as above.
