During the alcohol concentration test, Hanoi traffic police promptly assisted in taking a 7-month-old baby to the hospital for emergency treatment.
Accordingly, at about 9:30 pm on April 13, 2026, a task force led by Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Anh Tu - Deputy Head of Road Traffic Police Team No. 9 (Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police), in coordination with Lien Minh Commune Police, performing duties at Km10+500 Provincial Road 422 (Son Dong commune area), suddenly received an urgent request for assistance from a woman carrying a young child.
According to the presentation, her child, N.M. K (7 months old), showed signs of food allergy, leading to swelling in the face, shortness of breath, and needed to be taken to the emergency room immediately.
Faced with the emergency situation, the Task Force quickly reported to the Unit Command, and at the same time used specialized vehicles to take the baby to Phenikaa University Hospital as soon as possible.

Thanks to timely support, the baby was rescued by doctors and is now out of danger.
After her child's health stabilized, Ms. N.T. T. H (the child's mother, born in 1982, residing in Son Dong commune, Hanoi) sent her deep thanks to the officers and soldiers in the Task Force for their dedicated and timely support in a critical time.
