Based on the situation and requirements for ensuring security, order, socio-economic conditions, population size, and natural area of the locality, the Provincial People's Council shall stipulate criteria for establishment Security and order protection team and criteria for the number of security and order protection team members in the management area.
4. The Provincial People's Committee decides on the number of security and order protection groups to be established and the number of members of the security and order protection groups in villages and residential groups within the scope of management for each unit. commune-level administrative office.
5. Pursuant to the Decision of the Provincial People's Committee specified in Clause 4 of this Article, the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee at the request of the Commune Police shall decide to establish a Team to protect security, order and Each member of the Security and Order Protection Team.
