The level of spending on extra meals on holidays and Tet for wounded and sick soldiers from October 2026

Clause 3, Article 13, Decree 321/2026/ND-CP stipulates the level of allowances, subsidies and preferential regimes for people with meritorious services to the revolution (effective from October 1, 2026), stipulates the spending of extra meals on holidays and Tet for wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, people enjoying policies like wounded soldiers, type B wounded soldiers with a body injury rate of 81% or more: spending level 600,000 VND/person/day; the number of days allowed to spend extra meals is on holidays and Tet according to the provisions of the Labor Code, Resolution of the National Assembly, July 27 and December 22 every year.

Thus, from October 1, 2026, the additional meal allowance on holidays and Tet for wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and people enjoying policies like wounded soldiers, type B wounded soldiers with a body injury rate of 81% or more is 600,000 VND/person/day.
