Clause 1, Article 7, Resolution 54/2025/NQ-HĐND of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council stipulates the level of support for people participating in forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level who have not participated in social insurance but have accidents or deaths while performing tasks as follows:
1. In case people participating in forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level have not participated in social insurance but have an accident while performing duties that meet the conditions specified in Clause 1, Article 6 and are not in the cases specified in Clause 2, Article 6 of Decree No. 40/2024/ND-CP, during the treatment of the accident, they will be supported with medical examination and treatment costs and daily meal allowances according to the levels specified in Article 6 of this Resolution, even if the wound relapses until their health is stable and they are discharged from the hospital.
Article 6, Resolution 54/2025/NQ-HĐND of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council stipulates that people participating in forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level who have not participated in HI but are sick, injured, or injured while performing tasks that meet the conditions specified in Clause 1, Article 5 and are not in the cases specified in Clause 2, Article 5, Decree No. 40/2024/ND-CP, are entitled to medical examination and treatment costs equal to the HI benefit level for forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level and are supported with daily meal allowances of 70,000 VND/person/day during inpatient treatment until their health is stable and discharged from the hospital.
Thus, the support level for people participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level in Ho Chi Minh City who have not participated in social insurance but have accidents while performing tasks is implemented as above.
