Level of compensation for security and order protection forces at the grassroots level in Ho Chi Minh City

Articles 4, 5 of Resolution 54/2025/NQ-HDND stipulate the criteria for establishing security and order protection teams; criteria on the number of members of security and order protection teams; level of support, training and spending for forces participating in security and order protection at the grassroots level in Ho Chi Minh City, stipulating as follows:

Article 4. Level of compensation when performing tasks from 10 pm the previous day to 6 am the next morning, on holidays; when performing heavy, hazardous, dangerous or especially heavy, hazardous, dangerous work according to the provisions of labor law:

1. When performing tasks from 10 pm the previous day to 6 am the next morning, they are rewarded 150,000 VND/person/night, no more than 10 nights/person/month.

2. When performing heavy, hazardous, and dangerous work according to the provisions of labor law, they are compensated 150,000 VND/person/day.

3. When on duty on holidays and public holidays, they are rewarded 600,000 VND/person/day.

Article 5. The level of additional working day allowance when performing tasks in border areas, islands, mountainous areas, areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions, ethnic minority areas or in key commune-level administrative units for national defense.

Thus, depending on the time and location of the forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level in Ho Chi Minh City performing their duties, there will be different levels of training according to the above regulations.
