Article 52 of Decree 152/2025/ND-CP (effective from July 1, 2025) stipulates the bonus level for State honorary titles as follows:
1. Mothers who are awarded or posthumously awarded the title of "Heroic Vietnamese Mothers" are awarded a Badge, a container of Badges, a Certificate of Merit, a frame and are supported with a money level of 15.5 times the basic salary.
2. Individuals who are awarded or posthumously awarded the title of "Hero of the People's Armed Forces", "Hero of Labor" are awarded a Certificate, frame, Badge, Badge box and are rewarded 15.5 times the basic salary.
The collective was awarded the title of "Hero of the People's Armed Forces", "Hero of Labor" was awarded the Flag, Certificate, frame, Badge, Badge box and accompanied by a bonus of twice the bonus level for individuals.
3. Individuals awarded the titles: "People's Teacher", "Excellent Teacher", "People's Doctor", "Excellent Doctor", "People's Artist", "Excellent Artist", "People's Artisan", "Excellent Artisan" are awarded the Badge, the bottle of the Badge, the Certificate of Merit, the prize framework and the basic salary level for the title of "people's doctor" is: 12.5 times; the title of " Retired Artist" is 9.0 times the basic salary.
According to Decree 73/2024/ND-CP, the current basic salary is 2,340,000 VND/month.
Thus, from July 1, 2025, teachers who achieve the title of Meritorious Teacher will be rewarded with VND 21,060,000 according to the above regulations.
