Point a, Clause 1, Article 4 of Decree 40/2024/ND-CP stipulates the uniforms of forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level as follows:

a) The uniform model of the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level is specified in Appendix I attached to this Decree, including: Spring-summer uniform (spring-summer clothes, long-sleeved spring-summer shirts); autumn-winter uniform (cotton hat with badge, autumn-winter clothes, warm coat, shirt, tie); soft hat with badge; hard hat with badge; helmet; belt; leather shoes; plastic sandals; socks; raincoat;

Autumn and winter uniforms are provided to forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level in localities from Thua Thien Hue to the North and the Central Highlands provinces. The remaining localities are provided with autumn and winter uniforms when needed.

In case you do not have autumn and winter clothes, you can replace them with 01 set of spring and summer clothes (standard 01 year/01 set) and 01 long-sleeved spring and summer shirt (standard 02 years/01 piece).

Thus, in winter, forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level in localities from Thua Thien Hue to the North and the Central Highlands provinces are equipped with autumn and winter uniforms including cotton hats with badges, autumn and winter clothes, warm coats, shirts, and ties.

The remaining localities shall provide winter clothing when needed. In case of not providing autumn and winter clothing, they shall be replaced by 01 set of spring and summer clothes (standard 01 year/01 set) and 01 long-sleeved spring and summer shirt (standard 02 years/01 piece).
