Article 3 of Resolution 08/2024/NQ-HDND of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council (effective from July 1, 2024) stipulates the level of regular monthly support for people participating in the force to protect security and order at the grassroots level and support for voluntary social insurance and health insurance premiums as follows:

1. Regular monthly support level

a) Team leader: 6,500,000 VND/person/month;

b) Deputy Team Leader: VND 6,300,000/person/month;

c) Team members: 6,000,000 VND/person/month.

2. People participating in the security and order protection force at the grassroots level are supported with 100% of the amount of voluntary social insurance premiums above the regular monthly support level prescribed in Clause 1 of this Article.

3. People participating in the security and order protection force at the grassroots level are supported with 100% of their annual health insurance premiums.

Thus, people participating in the security and order protection force at the grassroots level in Ho Chi Minh City are supported with 100% of the annual health insurance premium according to the above regulations.
