In addition to the list of means and equipment prescribed in this Decree, based on local characteristics and requirements for ensuring security and order, additional means and equipment necessary to directly serve the performance of tasks of forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level may be provided.

Thus, the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level is equipped with means and equipment according to the above regulations.
