    The Ministry of Public Security announced sample exams for the assessment exam for admission to 8 police schools in 2026 with a structure and format similar to 2025.

    The Ministry of Public Security's assessment exam in 2026 includes three parts: compulsory essay, compulsory multiple-choice, and optional multiple-choice. Candidates take the exam in 180 minutes in written form.

    The total score of the exam is 100 points. In which, the essay part (compulsory) is 25 points and the multiple-choice part is 75 points.

    In the field of knowledge, compulsory essay part: the exam part includes 1 question for a social commentary essay, the maximum total score is 25 points.

    The multiple-choice part, with a total of 80 questions, the maximum score is 75 points. Of which, 70% is 12th grade knowledge, 30% is 10th grade knowledge, 11th grade knowledge. Questions at the level of knowing and understanding account for 30% of the questions, the level of application accounts for 50% of the questions, and the level of high application accounts for 20% of the questions.
