1. How to ensure university entrance quality
For admission majors at the People's Security Academy, the threshold for ensuring input quality (landing point) for both the 2nd and 3rd methods of regular university admission is 70 points.
This score includes the total score of 03 high school graduation exam subjects in 2025 in the admission combination (or international foreign language certificate conversion score) on a scale of 100 and the score of the Ministry of Public Security's assessment test on a scale of 100, without parity points as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training and the Ministry of Public Security.

2. Converting admission scores Method 2
The admission score is the total score of the Ministry of Public Security's Assessment Test (accounting for 75%) is reduced to a 30-point scale and the international language certificate conversion score is reduced to a 30-point scale (accounting for 25%), rounding up to 02 decimal places, plus points.
In which the plus points are the total regional priority points, priority subjects according to the Regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, reward points according to the regulations of the Ministry of Public Security, international language certificate points converted equivalent to the IELTS scale.
The calculation formula is as follows:
DXT = BTBCA*3/4 + TA*1/4 + ADDRESS.
In which: + DXT: admission score
+ BTBCA: the score of the Ministry of Public Security's assessment test is based on a 30-point scale
+ TA: international foreign language certificate conversion score based on a 30-point scale
+ CC: plus points and calculated according to the CC = CC*1/3+ DT + KV + Dth
+ CC: international language certificate score is based on the IELTS score scale according to the highest margin of the international foreign language certificate conversion table.
+ Education: priority points for subjects according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training
+ KV: regional priority point according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training
+ degree: reward points for candidates who win national and international prizes
- In case the candidate has a total score of an international language certificate and a reward score (CC*1/3 + DTH) of more than 3 points, the maximum score will be 3 points.
- In case the candidate achieves the total score of the Ministry of Public Security's assessment test (accounting for 75%) is reduced to a scale of 30 and the international language certificate conversion score is reduced to a scale of 30 (accounting for 25%), rounding up to 02 decimal places from 22.5 points or more, the candidate's plus score (CC*1/3 + DT + KV + DTH) is determined as follows:
CC = [(30 - total score achieved)/7.5] x (CC*1/3 + DT + KV + DTH)
3. Method 3 admission score
The admission score is the total score of 03 subjects in the combination of admission to the People's Public Security (accounting for 40%) and the assessment test score of the Ministry of Public Security is reduced to a scale of 30 (accounting for 60%) rounding up to 02 decimals, plus regional priority points, priority subjects according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, and reward points according to the regulations of the Ministry of Public Security.
The calculation formula is as follows:
DXT = (M1+M2+M3)*2/5+BTBCA*3/5+
In which: + DXT: admission score
+ M1, M2, M3: score 03 subjects in the group of subjects considered for admission to the People's Public Security
+ BTBCA: scores of the Ministry of Public Security's assessment test
+ CC: plus points
The candidate's plus points are determined as the total regional priority points, priority points for subjects and reward points prescribed by the Ministry of Public Security, according to the formula: PC = DT + KV + DTH.
In which: DC is the plus point, DT is the priority point for the subject, KV is the priority point for the area, DT is the reward point.
In case the candidate achieves a total score of 03 (three) subjects in the admitted to the People's Public Security school combination (accounting for 40%) and the score of the Ministry of Public Security's Assessment Test is calculated on a scale of 30 (accounting for 60%) rounding up to 02 decimal places from 22.5 points or more, the candidate's plus score is determined as follows:
CC = [(30 - total score achieved)/7.5] x (DT + KV + DTH) (According to the regulations of the Ministry of Public Security)
