Pacific University has just announced the expected enrollment method to be applied in 2026. Specifically:
Method 1: Examine high school transcript results
Method 2: Consider the 2026 high school graduation exam results from 15 points
Method 3: 2026 high school graduation consideration score
Method 4: Consider high school transcript results combined with competence:
- Competency assessment exam results of Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City from 500 points or higher
- Or English certificate from B1, Korean from Topik 3, Chinese from HSK 3 or higher or other equivalent foreign language certificates
- Or achieve encouragement achievements or higher in provincial-level excellent student, science and technology, culture, arts, sports... competitions or higher.
The school notes that the application score for the Law major is from 18 points or higher for method 1 or 2; or from 6 points or higher for method 3; or from 720 points or higher for method 4 (Results of the Competency Assessment Examination of Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City).

At Tay Nguyen University, the school also applies the admission method based on the results of the competency assessment exam:
- Admission score scale: 1,200;
- Admission combination: Use the scores of the combined test of the competency assessment exam organized by Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City in 2026 for admission consideration.

For Phuong Dong University, the school uses the results of the competency assessment and thinking assessment exams organized by other universities for admission consideration, specifically the competency assessment (CG) exam scores of Vietnam National University, Hanoi (HSA) or the thinking assessment (CG) exam of Hanoi University of Science and Technology (TSA).
Admission conditions and input quality assurance thresholds of Phuong Dong University:
- Considering the 2026 high school graduation exam score ≥ 15 points
- Consider high school academic results (gradebook) ≥ 18 points
- Consider the results of ĐGNL, ĐGTD exams: HSA ≥ 50 points, TSA ≥ 40 points.
In 2026, Mien Tay University of Civil Engineering will also use the results of the capacity assessment exam of Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City to consider admission for training majors. In which, the entrance threshold is determined as follows:
- The input threshold (or input quality assurance threshold) is the minimum requirement for learning ability expressed in academic results, exam results, and assessments so that candidates have the ability to study and complete the training program.
- Based on the results of the 2026 high school graduation exam, high school academic results, the results of the Capacity Assessment exam of Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City in 2026, the V-SAT university entrance exam of Can Tho University in 2026, quality assurance requirements, the School determines and announces entrance thresholds for majors, groups of majors and enrollment methods according to the guidance and plan of the Ministry of Education and Training.
