The People's Police Academy announces additional admissions as follows:
I. New full-time university admission in 2025
1. targets
- Region 1, male gender, method 2, 3: 02 targets.
- Zone 2, male gender, method 1: 01 target.
- Zone 2, male gender, method 2, 3: 01 target.
2. Subjects and conditions for admission
- Eligible male candidates who have applied to the People's Public Security in 2025 but have not been admitted to the People's Public Security, have not been admitted or have not yet enrolled in schools outside the People's Public Security in 2025.
- Candidates participating in the admission process must follow the combination, assessment test code, and admission zone allowed to enter the People's Police Academy in 2025. Ensure the input quality threshold according to the regulations of the Ministry of Public Security.
3. Admission documents
- Photocopy of notarized ID card/Citizen identification card.
- Photocopy of the 2025 high school exam results.
- Photo of the BCA test score notification form.
- Additional admission registration form
4. Time and method of receiving documents
- Time to receive documents: from October 22, 2025 to before 5:00 p.m. on October 27, 2025.
- Receiving method: candidates submit their application directly to the Department of Training and Advanced Training Management of the People's Police Academy. The People's Police Academy does not receive by post.
5. Admission methods and processes
- Follow Instruction No. 18/HD-BCA-X02 dated March 26, 2025 of the Ministry of Public Security on 2025 enrollment instructions and prioritize admission according to the announcement of the competent unit.
- Candidates registering for a maximum of 03 (three) wishes for admission according to school codes and major codes. The priority order for admission is according toattered Aspirations 1, Aspirations 2, Aspirations 3. Priority is given to admission for majors and schools that are admitted for the first time.
- In case there are no candidates eligible for admission according to each method, the admission method will be applied according to the assessment test score from high to low until the entire quota is exhausted. The admission score is the score of the Ministry of Public Security's entrance exam on a scale of 100 plus regional priority points, priority subjects according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, and reward points according to the regulations of the Ministry of Public Security.
The calculation formula is as follows:
DXT = BTBCA + DC*10/3, in which:
+ DXT: admission score;
+ BTBCA: scores of the Ministry of Public Security's assessment test;
+ CC: priority regional plus points, priority subjects and reward points.
In case the number of candidates with the same admission score, if all are taken, it will exceed the allocated quota, then the admission will be considered in the following order:
- First, consider candidates with scores in the Ministry of Public Security's assessment test from high to low to meet the target;
- Second, consider candidates with multiple-choice test scores on the Ministry of Public Security's assessment test from high to low to meet the target.
In case all of the above criteria are considered but the target is still exceeded, the People's Police Academy will report to X02 for gathering and reporting to the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security for consideration and decision.
II. Documents of 2 new teams in 2025

2. Subjects and conditions for admission
- Eligible male candidates and have participated in the 2 new recruitment certificates to the People's Public Security in 2025 but have not been admitted.
- Candidates participating in the admission process must follow the assessment test code, the admission zone is allowed to apply for 2 new jobs to the People's Police Academy in 2025. Ensure the input quality threshold according to the regulations of the Ministry of Public Security.
3. Admission documents
- Photocopy of notarized ID card/Citizen identification card.
- Photo of the BCA test score notification form.
- Additional admission form (D contributed to the Application form here).
4. Time and method of receiving documents
- Time to receive documents: from October 22, 2025 to before 5:00 p.m. on October 27, 2025.
- Receiving method: candidates submit their application directly to the Department of Training and Advanced Training Management of the People's Police Academy. The People's Police Academy does not receive by post.

The formula for calculating admission scores is as follows:
DXT = M1 + M2 + DT + KV + DTh, in which:
- DXT: admission score.
- M1, M2: score 02 (two) subjects corresponding to the VB2CA exam.
- KV: regional priority score measured on a scale of 100.
-ates: priority points are reduced to a scale of 100.
- degree: bonus points (reward points for candidates with international language certificates, candidates who are children of police officers on a 30-point scale and classify the candidate's university degree as a 10-point scale). In which:
- Candidates with an IELTS certificate (Academic) equivalent to 6.0 or higher will be awarded 0.5 points; those with 6.5 or higher will be awarded 1.0 points; Candidates who are children of police officers will be awarded 1.0 points (In case of candidates with many fields, they will only receive the highest field).
- For candidates graduating with the degrees of Excellence, Good, Good, Good, and Average: Excellence is added by 1.0 points; Good is added by 0.75 points; Good is added by 0.5 points; Good average, Good average is added by 0.25 points.
The priority points for areas, priority for subjects and the reward points of candidates will gradually decrease in cases where candidates achieve a total score of 02 (two) subjects of 75 points or more and are determined = [(100 - total points achieved)/25 x (DT+KV+DTh).
