The Judicial Academy has just announced information on regular university admissions expected for 2026. Specific admission methods are as follows:
- Admission based on the results of the 2026 high school graduation exam;
- Admission based on high school academic results (admission only for high school graduates in 2026);
- Direct admission according to the regulations of the Enrollment Regulations (Article 8).

Sub-criters used in admission consideration:
Sub-criters in admission according to the method of considering high school academic results (considering academic records) and the method of considering high school graduation exam scores in 2026: Candidates at the bottom of the list have scores equal to the passing score, but if all these candidates are considered, they will exceed the enrollment quota, then admission must use sub-criters and are prioritized for consideration in the following order:
- Priority 1: Candidates with a higher total score according to the registered admission combination, excluding priority points.
- Priority 2: Candidates with higher exam scores in the main subject of each admission combination: Math (A00, A01); Literature (C00, D01).
- Priority 3: Registered candidates with higher aspiration orders.
- Priority 4: Candidates with unrounded total scores, after equivalent conversion, higher.
Plus points:
- Priority bonus points by region; Priority bonus points by policy beneficiaries are implemented according to the regulations of the University Enrollment Regulations, College Enrollment Regulations for Preschool Education of the Ministry of Education and Training.
- Candidates with international English certificates IELTS Academic/TOEFL iBT/TOEIC issued by international organizations for a limited period of 02 years up to the time of receiving applications for admission from the Judicial Academy can convert them into bonus points for admission, the conversion information is as shown in the table below:

The school notes that the total bonus points, bonus points (collectively called bonus points) for candidates with special achievements, candidates with foreign language certificates do not exceed 10% of the maximum score of the admission score scale (maximum 3 points with a 30-point scale).
The above bonus points apply to the method of considering high school graduation exam results and considering high school academic results.
For TOEIC certificates: candidates need to submit TOEIC certificates (Listening and Reading) and TOEIC certificates (Speaking and Writing) at the same time. Bonus points will be based on the component score pair with a lower level.
TOEFL iBT test: TOEFL iBT Home Edition certificate is not applied.
