The Vietnam Youth Academy has just announced the input quality assurance threshold (floor score) for regular university admission methods in 2026.

Candidates participating in admission consideration outside the conditions announced in the university admission information for 2026 of the Vietnam Youth Academy need to meet the threshold conditions to ensure the quality of admission to regular university level as follows:
a. For the method of considering high school graduation exam results in 2026:
- Participate in the 2026 high school graduation exam.
- Candidates who meet the conditions for admission subjects according to the Admission Regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and the regulations of the Academy are allowed to participate in admission consideration.
- For the Law major, the exam scores for Mathematics and Literature, or Mathematics, or Literature of the admission combinations must be ≥ 6.0 points and the total score of 03 high school graduation exam subjects according to the admission combination must be ≥ 18.0 points.
- The input quality assurance threshold from the high school graduation exam scores for admission to the Law major in 2026 for candidates in KV3 has a minimum score not multiplied by the coefficient of all exam/subject combinations on a 30-point scale, not counting bonus points of 20 points.
- Admission score on a 30-point scale, equal to the total score of 3 subjects in the admission combination and bonus points, priority points (if any). The admission method is based on the results of the high school graduation exam subjects, which must include Math or Literature, with the weight of this subject at least equal to 1/3 of the total admission score.
- Priority points and bonus points are determined according to the provisions of Article 7, the Enrollment Regulations for training majors at the university level and preschool education majors at the college level of the Minister of Higher Education issued on February 15, 2026, and according to the Academy's Enrollment Regulations.
b. For the admission method based on high school academic results:
- High school graduates in 2026 (no admission consideration for high school graduates before 2026).
- The Vietnam Youth Academy, headquartered in Hanoi, does not consider high school academic results (Code 200) for Law and Public Relations majors.
- The average academic score for the whole year of grades 10, 11, 12 of Mathematics and Literature, or Mathematics, or Literature of the registered exam combinations must be ≥ 6.0 points and the average academic score of 03 subjects belonging to the registered exam combinations of the whole year of grades 10, 11, 12 must be ≥ 18.0 points.
- Admission score on a 30-point scale, equal to the total score of 3 subjects in the admission combination and bonus points, priority points, bonus points (if any). The admission method is based on high school academic results, subjects must include Math or Literature, with the weighting of this subject at least equal to 1/3 of the total admission score.
