Attraction from job opportunities and support policies
Speaking to Lao Dong Newspaper, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Mai - Principal of Dien Bien Pedagogical College - said that the number of candidates taking the talent competition this year is significantly higher than previous years.
Specifically, in 2024, the school will organize a talent test for 428 candidates, and in 2025, up to 60 nationals will register for the talent test on the system.

"The skills exam is one of the prerequisites for students to qualify to register for admission to preschool industry according to regulations" - Ms. Mai emphasized.
Explaining the attraction of the industry, Ms. Mai said: Currently, preschool teachers are still lacking. In fact, the annual recruitment announcements of districts show that the number of preschool teachers to be recruited is always the highest among all sectors.

In addition, the support policy under Decree 116 of the Government has been paid stably. For the schools students, they receive 3.63 million VND per month. This helps them stabilize their lives, without having to worry about tuition or living expenses, creating conditions for even families in difficult circumstances to be able to send their children to school" - Ms. Mai added.
Ms. Tuyet Mai also predicted that the school's benchmark scores for preschool education this year may increase slightly compared to last year due to the larger number of quality candidates registering.
