New experiences
A year after the 70th Anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory, the image of baby Tran Vy Tram - who plays the role of a monument baby in Thai ethnic costumes, standing out in the rain during the Festival is still intact in many people's minds.
Tran Vy Tram (commonly known as Banh Mi, 5 years old), also known as "Dien Bien Baby" or " Monument Baby", currently lives with her family in Muong Thanh Ward, Dien Bien Phu City.

Talking to Lao Dong reporter, Tram's mother - Ms. Vuong Y Nhi (born in 1993) - still kept her emotions intact when recalling the incident from last year: "A year has passed, but it still feels like the past. The affection of everyone for the child and family is very great, even after nearly a year, it has not cooled down, has not cooled down".

Ms. Nhi said that her family's daily life did not have many disruptions, but her sudden popularity after her daughter's image "caused a storm on social networks" opened up unique opportunities and experiences for Vy Tram.
"I have new experiences, new friends, new challenges" - Ms. Nhi said.
The proof is that Vy Tram and her father have just finished filming for the reality TV show "Doc ta di dau do 2025", which is expected to be released to the audience in early May.

In addition, the 5-year-old girl confidently walked in a number of fashion shows with the theme of the country, homeland, national pride from her innocence and purity.
"Dien Bien Baby" still wants to go to practice
It seems that the memory of the days of practice is still imprinted in the 5-year-old girl's mind. Ms. Nhi said that Vy Tram still mentioned the training sessions at Dien Bien Provincial Stadium and expressed her desire to "repeat".

"Every time I pass by a familiar place, my child pointed and said: I practiced here before..." - Ms. Nhi said.
Ms. Nhi said that what makes the family proud is Vy Tram's clear maturity. After a year, the child became more bold, more confident when standing in front of a crowd, and no longer shy.
"For Vy Tram and her family, the name "Dien Bien Baby" is not only a name but also a joy and pride" - Ms. Nhi affirmed.

This meaningful name is also used by the family for their baby's official social media channels such as TikTok, Facebook and YouTube, as a way to preserve beautiful memories.
Tram's mother said that everyone's concern is still present in their daily lives. At school, friends sometimes affectionately call the baby "Idol".

When going out, many people recognized and called the baby by the affectionate nickname "Dien Bien Dia Baby", especially when the girl wore Thai ethnic costumes.
A year after the moment that touched millions of hearts, "Dien Bien Baby" Tran Vy Tram is growing up every day, confident in exploring the world but still retains her innocence, purity and special affection for the heroic land of Dien Bien.
