The People's Security University announces that candidates who are admitted to the new regular university admission in 2025 (C course D34 of the regular system) will have the following admission time, location and procedures:
1. Time: From 08:00 to 16:00 on September 25 and 26, 2025.
2. Location: Candidates present at Gate No. 2, People's Security University, Km 18, Hanoi Highway, Linh Xuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
3. Admission procedures:
3.1. For high school students and independent candidates
- Admission newspaper of the People's Security University in 2025;
- Original certificate of high school graduation exam results in 2025;
- Original report of the results of the 2025 assessment exam of the Ministry of Public Security;
- Photocopy of foreign language certificate (for candidates who use foreign language certificate for admission);
- Photocopy of transcripts, high school diploma or supplementary high school diploma;
- Copies of priority certificates (if any);
- Population certificate or citizen identification card (for inspection);
- Voluntary application for the Public Security sector (according to the form of the Ministry of Public Security);
- Self-declared resume (according to the form of the Ministry of Public Security) confirmed according to regulations;
- Record examination (according to the form of the Ministry of Public Security);
- Minutes of approval of the Police Admissions Councils of units and localities;
- Health certificate or health examination form (according to regulations of the Ministry of Public Security);
- Pre-recruitment certificate;
- Certificate of birth certificate; Certificate of permanent residence;
- Party membership records. Party activity introduction certificate (if party member) in box No. 04 of the Party activity introduction certificate (class 10 boxes) with the transfer title: People's Security University Party Committee;
- Documents and documents transferring the union activities (if a union member) to the People's Security University Youth Union;
- Confirmation of moral qualities and training results during military service of the management unit for free-range candidates who are conscripts.
3.2. For active People's Public Security soldiers:
- Admission newspaper of the People's Security University in 2025;
- Original certificate of high school graduation exam results in 2025;
- Original report of the results of the 2025 assessment exam of the Ministry of Public Security;
- Photocopy of foreign language certificate (for candidates who use foreign language certificate for admission);
- Photocopy of transcripts, high school diploma or supplementary high school diploma;
- Copies of priority certificates (if any);
- The 2025 cadre assessment assessment assessment review (as of the time of admission) is confirmed by the unit's leaders;
- Population certificate or citizen identification card (for inspection);
- Decision to send officers to school of the Heads and Directors of Public Security of units and localities;
- Self-declared resume (according to the form of the Ministry of Public Security) confirmed according to regulations;
- Record examination (according to the form of the Ministry of Public Security);
- Minutes of approval of the Police Admissions Councils of units and localities;
- Health certificate or health examination form (according to regulations of the Ministry of Public Security);
- Pre-recruitment certificate;
- Certificate of birth certificate; Certificate of permanent residence;
- Original records of officers and soldiers;
- Party membership records. Party activity introduction certificate (if party member) in box No. 04 of the Party activity introduction certificate (class 10 boxes) with the transfer title: People's Security University Party Committee;
- Documents and documents transferring the union activities (if a union member) to the People's Security University Youth Union;
- Salary transfer and military uniform (from September 25, 2025).
