The Military Academy of Sciences announces additional admissions for university-level civil training in 2025. Training form: Regulations.
1. Conditions for registration for admission
- Candidates have not been admitted or have been admitted but have not been confirmed to study at any training institution. Other conditions, describe the admission method, priority policy and other contents as prescribed in the 2025 university admission information of the Academy of Military Sciences.
- Admission score: Candidates have a total admission score (after converting the certificates to foreign language scores and converting the HSA and APT competency assessment scores to 30,0 scores.
English Language major: From 19 points or higher
Russian language major: From 19.38 points or higher
Chinese language major: From 20.81 points or higher
- Total expected recruitment targets for additional 73 targets, including:
English language industry: 29 targets
Russian language industry: 27 targets
Chinese language industry: 17 targets
2. Admission procedures
Admission applications include:
- Application form for admission to the civil service of the Academy of Military Sciences.
- 1 certified copy of the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam (if using the admission method from the results of the 2025 graduation exam).
- valid copy of the results of the competency assessment exam of Hanoi National University or Ho Chi Minh City National University in 2025.
- valid copies of documents as a basis for accumulating encouragement points and converting foreign language certificate points (if any).
- valid copy of the High School transcripts for grades 10, 11, 12 (in case candidates graduating in 2025 have a foreign language certificate or are excellent students at the provincial level (3rd grade or higher) in Math, Literature, English when registering for English; Math, Literature, English or Russian when registering for Russian; Math, Literature, English or Chinese when registering for Chinese.
3. How to submit an application
Candidates can directly submit their application or via express delivery to the Academy of Military Sciences.
4. Time to receive documents:
From September 6, 2025 to September 15, 2025 (the time is calculated according to the postmark).
