The University of Fire Prevention and Fighting has announced to continue extending the university admission period for civil training in the form of both work and study in the 2025 - 2026 school year as follows:
1. University admission for both working and studying for those who have graduated from high school or equivalent
a) Admission quota
Total targets: 50 targets.
b) Subjects and conditions for admission
- Candidates who have graduated from Vietnam's high school program (in the form of formal education or continuing education) or have graduated from intermediate level (in which, those who have graduated from intermediate level but do not have a high school diploma must study and take the exam to meet the requirements of a sufficient amount of high school cultural knowledge according to regulations) or have graduated from a foreign high school program (also permitted by the host country, achieving a level equivalent to Vietnam's high school level) abroad or in Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as high school graduation).
- Be healthy enough to study according to current regulations.
- Have complete information and application documents according to regulations.
c) Admission method
- Admission based on academic results at high school level ( academic Backup)
- Admission based on the scoreboard of high school cultural subjects (for candidates with intermediate degrees).
d) Time for organizing enrollment
- Round 1:
No later than: November 15, 2025
Admission time: December 2025
- Additional period (if there are still enrollment targets): The time for organizing enrollment is based on the actual situation of the number of candidates registering for the recruitment (ending no later than June 2026).
2. Admission to university training for those with a graduation certificate from university level or higher in the civil service in the form of both work and study (Department 2)
a) Admission quota
Total quota: 220 quotas, of which the quota is implemented according to method 1 (admission) not exceeding 40% of the number of candidates registered for admission according to each admission round.
b) Subjects and conditions for admission
- Candidates who have a university degree. For candidates who have not been granted a university degree, a temporary university graduation certificate or a university graduation certificate from a university training institution can be used to submit their application;
- Have enough health to study according to current regulations;
- Have complete information and application documents according to regulations.
c) Admission method
- Method 1: Admission based on the first university degree and the results of the first full-time university study scoreboard.
- Method 2: Admission exam according to the exam organized by the University of Fire Prevention and Fighting.
d) Time for organizing enrollment
- Round 1:
No later than: October 30, 2025.
Admission time: November 2025.
- Additional period (if there are still enrollment targets): The time for organizing enrollment is based on the actual situation of the number of candidates registering for the recruitment (ending no later than June 2026).
3. Admissions for inter-level training to civil university in both work and study form
a) Admission quota
Total targets: 50 targets.
b) Subjects and conditions for admission
- Candidates who have graduated from the intermediate level of the University of Fire Prevention and Fighting.
- Have enough health to study according to current regulations;
- Have complete information and application documents according to regulations.
c) Admission method
Admission is based on the results of the entire intermediate school curriculum of the Fire Prevention and Fighting University (mediate-level graduation score or intermediate-level transcript).
d) Time for organizing enrollment
- Round 1:
No later than: November 15, 2025
Admission time: December 2025
