- People who have been recognized as having a high school diploma (high school diploma) in Vietnam or have a recognized high school diploma from abroad and equivalent to high school diploma.
- People who have a secondary school diploma in the same major group and have completed the requirements for high school cultural knowledge according to the provisions of law.

4.1. Group of teacher training majors, training forms for both work and study:

4.2. Group of majors - Technology - Social Sciences and Humanities; form of formal training: Score for receiving documents converted according to high school graduation exam scores: 15.00 points
5. Time to receive documents: Carry out continuously many times a year from August 28, 2025 to December 20, 2025 until the target is met.
This year, the admission score for the Economic - Technical - Social Science major converts to high school graduation exam scores ranging from 15 to 21.5 points.
In which, many majors have a benchmark score of 15 such as: English Language, Economics, Accounting...


Previously, according to the 2025 enrollment information of Hai Duong University, for candidates who are considered for admission based on the results of the high school graduation exam:
- Candidates taking the 2025 high school graduation exam as a basis for admission
- For majors not in the teacher training group: The total score of the subjects in the admission combination plus the priority score (if any) must reach 15.0 points or more.











Regarding the adjustment of enrollment quotas, based on the actual number of enrollment records, the admission results of each period/subject, and training capacity, the school will flexibly adjust the admission quotas between majors and training fields, ensuring that the total quota does not exceed the total general quota according to the determined field.
Accordingly, the benchmark score for some majors in the Economic, Technical, and Social Sciences group is 15 points - exactly equal to the floor score - the minimum threshold for candidates to be eligible to submit their application in the admission information. However, the school still opens additional admission announcements in 2025.
