With the high school transcript review method, the admission score is the academic result of 3 subjects belonging to the admission combinations by major for the whole year of grade 10, the whole year of grade 11 and the whole year of grade 12, a 30-point scale. The admission score calculation formula is as follows:

(In which, ĐXT: Admission score; ĐTB: Average score; ĐC: Plus points; ĐƯT: Priority points).
Average score (APR) per subject = (APR for the whole year of grade 10 + APR for the whole year of grade 11 + APR for the whole year of grade 12 of the corresponding subject)/3.
At Tan Tao University, the school also applies the form of considering high school transcript scores in the 2026 entrance exam.

+ Or The average general academic results are assessed as good (academic ability ranked from excellent or higher) for the whole 12th grade year (academic results of 02 semesters of the final year for vocational high school students and equivalents) and the total score of 03 high school graduation exam subjects according to the admission combination (or using the scores of Math, Literature and another exam subject) reaching 18.8 points or higher or the high school graduation consideration score (high school graduation exam score) from 8.50 points or higher.
- Training programs in the field of health with a practicing license:
+ Based on the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training for training programs in the field of health with practicing licenses; training programs in the field of law.
+ Or:
a) The average general academic results are assessed as good (academic ability ranked from excellent or higher) for the whole year of grade 12 (academic results of 02 semesters of the final year for vocational secondary school and equivalent subjects) and the total score of 03 high school graduation exam subjects according to the admission combination (or using the scores of Math, Literature and another exam subject) reaching 20.00 points or higher or the high school graduation consideration score (high school graduation exam score) from 8.50 points or higher on a scale of 10, except for cases specified in point b of this clause;
b) General average academic results assessed as good (academic ability ranked from good or higher) for the whole year of grade 12 (academic results of 02 semesters of the final year for vocational secondary school and equivalent subjects) and total score of 03 high school graduation exam subjects reaching 16.50 points or higher or high school graduation consideration score (vocational secondary school) from 6.50 or higher for the training program Nursing, Preventive Medicine, Midwifery, Dental Orthopedics, Medical Testing Technology, Medical Imaging Technology, Rehabilitation Technology.
