According to reporters' records, the Dien Bien Spring Fair 2026 is held on Pham Van Dong street (Muong Thanh bridge intersection, Dien Bien Phu ward).
With a scale of nearly 100 booths, the Fair has more than 60 units, businesses, cooperatives and production and business households from localities inside and outside the province participating.
Goods are displayed and introduced from essential consumer goods, food, decorations, fashion, cosmetics to flowers and ornamental plants serving people's Tet.


In order to accompany businesses and small traders, the Organizing Committee has supported 100% of the booth rental costs.
According to Mr. Nguyen Minh Phu - Vice Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee: "The Spring Fair is a place for shopping and trading goods, a space to experience the spring culture of the Northwest highlands, a place where the colors of ethnic identity, traditional cuisine and the spirit of solidarity and friendliness of Dien Bien people converge.
Mr. Nguyen Minh Phu said that in the context that Dien Bien province is focusing on improving the investment and business environment; promoting production and consumption linkages; developing trade associated with sustainable tourism. The Spring Fair continues to affirm its role as a bridge between the State - businesses - people, between economic development and preserving and promoting traditional cultural values.


Within the framework of the Spring Fair, product display and introduction activities, lively spring decoration spaces, impressive and attractive check-in miniatures, and many unique cultural experience activities highlight the spring colors of the highlands.
This is also an opportunity for businesses and cooperatives to promote their brands, expand markets, and connect product consumption. At the same time, it is an opportunity for people and tourists to choose reputable and quality products to serve Tet needs.


Informing reporters of Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of Lao Na Sang 2 Brocade Weaving Cooperative (Nua Ngam commune, Dien Bien province) said: "Thanks to the province's booth support policy, we have the opportunity to bring traditional handicraft weaving products closer to tourists without having to worry about costs.
This year, the Cooperative has prepared many new designs, combining traditional patterns and modern designs to serve the Tet gift needs of customers".
The Spring Fair lasts until the end of the 28th day of Tet, promising to create a vibrant shopping atmosphere, associated with tourism of Dien Bien.
