On the evening of September 2nd, the program "Hello Vietnam - Hello World" took place at 2/4 Square, Nha Trang ward, Khanh Hoa province. The highlight of the program was Dances of the World with performances by 111 Miss World 2026 contestants.
The representative of Vietnam, Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc, appeared in the group of Asian and Oceanic contestants. The beauty attracted attention when performing the outfit "Sunny Back" by two designers Bui The Bao and Nguyen Nguyen Bao.
The design is inspired by the image of Northwest girls in the khen dance of the H'Mong people every spring. The costumes use pink and blue colors, combined with brocade motifs, attached details and elaborate headwear accessories.
On stage, Bao Ngoc combined costume performance with dance moves. With a height of 1.86m, the Vietnamese representative stood out when appearing among the international contestants.
Dances of the World is one of the notable activities before the Miss World final. 111 contestants are divided into four groups including America and the Caribbean, Africa, Europe, Asia and Oceania.
Each beauty has its own time to introduce costumes, dances or unique cultural features of the country or territory they represent.
Before Dances of the World, Bao Ngoc had many achievements at Miss World 2026. She won Top Model Asia - Pacific region, thereby winning a ticket to the Top 40 overall. The Vietnamese representative also entered the Top 20 Head to Head Challenge and Top 23 Talent competitions.





7 Miss Worlds reunite
Besides 111 contestants, the appearance of 7 Miss World through various periods also became the focus of the event.
Defending Miss World 2025 Opal Suchata Chuangsri was present along with Miss World 2024 Krystyna Pyszková, Miss World 2022 Karolina Bielawska, Miss World 2018 Vanessa Ponce de León, Miss World 2016 Stephanie Del Valle, Miss World 1988 Linda Pétursdóttir and Miss World 1975 Wilnelia Merced Forsyth.
Ms. Julia Morley - President and CEO of Miss World Organization - also attended the program. On the Vietnamese side were Ms. Pham Kim Dung, director Hoang Nhat Nam and many Misses and Runners-up such as Luong Thuy Linh, Phan Phuong Oanh, Kieu Duy, Yen Nhi, Tam Nhu, Phuong Thanh, Thu Tra, Thu Ngan...
The performance night is held on an outdoor stage more than 110m long, about 30-40m deep, facing Nha Trang sea. In front of the stage there are more than 5,000 seats, not including the fan area.
According to the organizers, more than 500 personnel participated in the process of completing the stage, sound, lighting, stands and backstage.
After the program on September 2nd, the stage at April 2nd Square will continue to be used for the 73rd Miss World final on September 5th.
Bao Ngoc will join the contestants in the final stage of the competition to find a successor to the incumbent Miss World Opal Suchata Chuangsri.
