Having fun No. 1 is spirit, because the "air" in articles for special publications is always different from articles for regular newspapers!
The second reason is that according to the newspaper number approved by the Editorial Board, it is assigned to call and write letters of invitation to collaborators to send articles. After ten years of working as an editor, thanks to making special publications, I have known many professional, persistent, dedicated, devoted collaborators who are on time to send quality articles.
Calling and writing e-mails to collaborators, always opening with a smile and a sentence with a talented voice: "I would like to invite you to write an article for a special publication of Lao Dong. Dear brothers and sisters, please write an article so that it is not edited at all and you still say the full meaning you want to say. Sincerely thank you!.
However, it also maintains above and below 20 close relationships to " thang to the news" (for special numbers and when needed, for regular newspapers). In the first days of this August, I was absent-mindedly turning around the special publications that I still kept, reading, looking back at the articles and illustrations of the collaborators, expressing gratitude and gratitude to them.

It is a truth... obviously, still the hand of the "newspaper", but all the articles, photo series, illustrations... of journalists, reporters (especially young reporters) from the committees contributing to the special publications are really... special. Everyone tries to send a quality product to both "improve their professional mood" and hope... the profit is higher than the average.
The third joy is when receiving and editing reporters who tell "istories not told in the press" - behind a series of articles defending workers, contributing to reclaiming the legitimate rights and interests of hundreds of workers; a series of articles/reporting investigations that have won the National Press Award, local press awards, and industries; reporters overcome difficulties to strive to have a press product to serve readers at the "ten-five-ten" level...
From the stories " Behind the article", " along the career path", "the newspaper is the voice of the workers", "a footprint of journalists on every hot spot", "where is difficult, there are us" ... suddenly I feel like I have learned some "subject" of the profession, feel like I am being more passionate about the profession, receiving more youthful energy from reporters U30 - U40...
The fourth joy is to have more information about the development of modern journalism, the achievements of "newspapers" in the field of digitalization every year... This is not only a joy, but also a pride.
