Global music destination
After a series of famous international stars such as Westlife, Super Junior, BlackPink... in November 2025, G-Dragon blew up the Southeast Asian music market with the concert G-DRAGON 2025 WORLD TOUR [Übermensch] in Vietnam.
The two shows in Hanoi gathered nearly 100,000 audiences from all over, immersing themselves in the passionate wave of the stage and the irresistible attraction of the "king of Kpop".

At the same time, concerts by domestic artists are gradually affirming their appeal with "huge" investment and a significantly equal audience.
Typically, the Anh trai say hi 2024 concert series set an incredible record when gathering 78,000 audiences in the first 2 shows in Ho Chi Minh City (September and October 2024). In Hanoi (December 2024), the program attracted up to 90,000 audiences (according to TicketBox), surpassing the record of the BLACKPINK concert when it arrived in Vietnam in July 2023.
The upcoming concert of season 2 on December 27 also promises to explode with the number of tickets "sold out" quickly after a few days of opening for sale.

The concerts not only made a strong impression with their performances but also thanks to their professional organization, turning events into memorable experiences.
From ticket sales, check-in to stage, sound, lighting and security... every detail is taken care of and operated professionally.
Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Hoai Son - Standing Member of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Education - commented: "The continuous appearance of world-class stars such as G-Dragon, BlackPink or a series of other international artists in Vietnam in recent years shows the increasingly increasing position of the Vietnamese music market on the regional map".
When artists choose Vietnam as a stopover for their global tours, it is not just a story of selling hundreds of billions of VND per night.
More importantly, it is a measure of the acceptance capacity - operational capacity - organizational capacity of the Vietnamese cultural industry is gradually approaching international standards.
With quality domestic music events, Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Hoai Son emphasized that this is a strong demonstration of the resilience of the Vietnamese performance market.
The market for organizing events and music concerts in Vietnam is having changes worth millions of USD.
The publics need to enjoy high-quality art comes not only from curiosity about foreign artists, but also from our own cultural resources endogenous creativity.

When a purely Vietnamese program like Anh trai say hi reaches such a level of spread and creates such a strong social effect, it proves that Vietnamese audiences are completely ready to support, even "hunt for tickets" for cultural products with local impressions," said Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Hoai Son.
Launching to promote Vietnam's cultural industry
Looking from a cultural perspective, Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Hoai Son assessed that concerts such as Anh trai say hi, Anh trai vu ngan cong gai affirm the pride in cultural products created by the Vietnamese people.
It is a program that is well-invested, has a story, is artistic, and has a humane message that will touch the hearts of the audience, inspiring the belief that Vietnam can create "cultural phenomena" of international stature.
The important thing is that we are witnessing the maturity of domestic producers, directors, and artists those who dare to think big, dare to invest, dare to go all the way to create leading-scale stages in the region, Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Hoai Son emphasized.
Sharing the same view, social media expert Nguyen Ngoc Long commented that Vietnam is having a generation of producers and artists who are not only good at technology, sensitive to world trends but also know how to exploit and transform indigenous cultural capital into attractive entertainment products.
The resonance between modern performance technology and the soul of the nation is the key for Vietnamese concerts to not only conquer domestic audiences but also create momentum for cultural exports to the world in the future.
We own unique artistic materials that no international concert can bring. When these traditional materials are "inflated" into modern stages, combined with the contemporary music thinking of the younger generation of artists, it will create explosive experiences with a unique identity - something that audiences cannot find in K-pop or US-UK, the expert affirmed.
From an economic perspective, domestic concerts such as those by Ha Anh Tuan and My Tam have great appeal, contributing to diversifying the business model in the cultural industry, instead of dependence on tourism activities, services and traditional goods industries.
The boom in the performance market helps create a new economic segment based on creativity, talent and technology.
Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Hoai Son emphasized: above all, that spread brings a very Vietnamese message: culture, when done with enthusiasm and professionalism, will have the power to gather, inspire and create value far beyond what we can imagine.
That contributes to arousing the desire for creativity in society, especially among young people, adding the belief that Vietnam can completely create globally competitive cultural products and strengthen the position of culture in the country's development process".
