The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requested the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province to direct competent agencies to urgently assess the level of damage to the relic of King Le Tuc Tong's Mausoleum.

The People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province has also issued a document assigning the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police to preside over and coordinate with relevant units and localities to urgently investigate and clarify the case of encroachment on the tomb of King Le Tuc Tong, strictly handle acts of encroachment, arbitrarily dig up, and search for relics and antiques illegally in the relic area.
