The decision takes effect from the date of signing and promulgation.
Informing about the rules of the third National Press Award "For the development of Vietnamese culture", Mr. Nguyen Anh Vu, Editor-in-Chief of the Culture Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee, assessed that this change is associated with major changes in the functions and tasks of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, after receiving the function of state management of press, media and publishing.
