In early 2025, the lawyer of Bich Tuyen and her husband filed a lawsuit in Harris County, Houston City, Texas (USA). In this lawsuit, Bich Tuyen and her husband sued YouTubers who spread slanderous information.
The content of the lawsuit stated that Bich Tuyen and her husband requested compensation for damages caused by disrepute and slander, with the amount of money within the authority of the court to decide.
