Recorded on September 1st - the 4th day of the National Day holiday on September 2nd, the atmosphere at the National Special Relic - Reunification Hall (Independence Palace) was extremely lively. Lines of people of many ages lined up in front of ticket counters and checkpoints to enter the relic site for sightseeing.

Visiting the Independence Palace with his wife and children, Mr. Hoang Thanh Cong (Binh Trung ward, Ho Chi Minh City) shared: "On the occasion of National Day September 2nd, my family brought our children here to learn about history as well as cultivate love for the homeland and country. Although we have been here before, every time we come back, the feeling is still very special and the children are all very excited. We want to visit historical sites right in the city with our children so that the children can understand and love the place where they live more.

Not only attracting local people, Independence Palace also welcomes many tourist groups traveling hundreds of kilometers from other provinces and cities to visit Ho Chi Minh City.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Oanh (Quang Ninh City) said that the trip of the delegation of 12 members has the biggest goal of letting the younger generation directly feel the historical value of Independence Day.

The atmosphere at the Independence Palace today is really wonderful. Going on a tour, family members feel even more love for the country and people of Vietnam, and at the same time want to spread this beautiful image to friends from all over," Ms. Oanh expressed.

Mr. Nguyen Hung Long (Dong Nai City) excitedly shared:

In these days, being able to set foot in Independence Palace - the landmark of the nation's history - is a great honor for myself. I also took beautiful photos here to share on social networks, as a way to add the flame of national pride to friends.

Arriving at Independence Palace from 8 am, Mr. Pham Nguyen Trung Tin (Thu Dau Mot ward, Ho Chi Minh City) expressed his pride and emotion when witnessing from the elderly, young people to young children all attentively learning about the country's history.

According to Mr. Bui Huu Toan - Director of the Reunification Hall, to proactively serve the increased number of visitors during the September 2nd holiday, the Reunification Hall has developed a suitable service organization plan. The unit estimates that the number of visitors in the 2 days of September 1st and September 2nd this year will reach about 24,000 - 25,000 visitors, equivalent to or slightly increasing compared to the same period in 2025.
