Sputnik reported that the final round of the Intervision Song Contest 2025 ( Intervision 2025) international music competition officially opened at 8:00 p.m. on September 20, Russian time (00:00 a.m. on September 21, Vietnam time) at Live Arena, Moscow, Russia, after more than 30 years of interruption. Artists from 23 countries participated in this contest.
At that grand art party, millions of Vietnamese hearts watched every moment in Russia, where singer Duc Phuc sung the melody "Phu Dong Thien Vuong" - a song filled with national pride.
As a result, Duc Phuc received 422 points, winning the first prize, while the runner-up group Nomad Trio from Kyrgyzstan won 373 points. Dana Al Meer from Qatar is in third place with 369 points - RT reported.

The artist from Hanoi won The Voice Vietnam in 2015 and has since released many hits in her home country.
The song that Duc Phuc brought to Intervision is called "Phu Dong Thien Vuong", composed by musician Ho Hoai Anh, inspired by the poem "Tre Viet Nam" by poet Nguyen Duy.
The song conveys a message about the vitality, will and courage of the Vietnamese people to international friends. During the recording performance, Duc Phuc's performance received many compliments for the uniqueness of the song.
