Disciplining former Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Giang Province
The Standing Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee recently issued a press release at the regular meeting in August.
Accordingly, on August 26, Mr. Nguyen Van Gau - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - chaired the regular meeting of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee in August.
At the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee reviewed and disciplined Mr. Than Van Mau - former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Giang province (old).
Considering the content, nature, extent, consequences, causes of the violation, and mitigating circumstances, based on Regulation No. 69-QD/TW of the Politburo on disciplining party organizations and party members who violate the law, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decided to discipline former Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Giang province Than Van Mau with a warning.
The Inspection Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee meets to consider disciplining officials who violate the law
On September 7, the Da Nang City Party Committee issued a press release on the 3rd session of the City Party Committee Inspection Committee after the merger.
At the session, this agency reviewed and disciplined by expelling from the Party a number of Party members who violated the law and were sentenced in judgments of People's Courts at all levels.

Mr. Bui Xuan Vinh - Party Cell of Village 2, Party Committee of Dai Loc Commune, former Party Cell Secretary, former Director of the Branch of the Land Registration Office of Dai Loc District, Quang Nam Province (old).
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuan - Party Cell of the Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of the commune, Party Committee of Dai Loc Commune People's Committee, former Deputy Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Dai Loc district, Quang Nam province (old).
