On September 18, the Dak Lak Provincial Department of Health informed about hundreds of patients suffering from kidney stones, despite a broken machine at the Central Highlands General Hospital (Dak Lak province).
According to the information, the hospital's Disciplinary Council has reviewed and disciplined the individuals involved, and at the same time advised the hospital director to issue disciplinary decisions for the violators.

Disciplined Mr. L.X.V - Deputy Head of the Department of Surgery - Nephrology with a Reprimand.
Disciplined Mr. N.N.H - former Head of the Department of Surgery - Nephrology with a warning.
Disciplined Mr. B.N.D - Head of the Department of Surgery - Anesthesia with a reprimand.
Hanoi disciplines and expels a series of party members
On September 16, the Hanoi Party Committee's Inspection Commission (UBKT) held a 68th meeting to review and discipline the Party Committee of the Central Institute of Forensic Psychiatry for the 2020-2025 term (Institution Party Committee), Party organizations and related Party members.
In particular, the Hanoi Party Committee's Inspection Commission decided to take disciplinary action against 14 Party members of the Party Committee of the Institute, including:

Lang Son disciplines 34 party organizations, 944 party members
On September 16, the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee held a conference to summarize the work of preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity during the 13th National Party Congress term.
The report at the conference stated that during the past term, inspection and supervision work was strengthened, 2,500 party organizations and more than 5,100 party members were inspected; nearly 1,800 party organizations and 4,000 party members were supervised; 34 party organizations and 944 party members were disciplined; 2 cases were transferred to the investigation agency.
