The project to invest in building a functional service area in Dai An expanded industrial park (housing for workers and experts) is being implemented with 7 10-story buildings totaling 1,074 units for workers to rent... Businesses are also applying many policies to support workers. According to the summary, the average housing rental support level is estimated at 386,000 VND, while the travel support level is about 466,000 VND. In East Hai Phong, the housing rental support level is estimated at 396,000 VND, while in West Hai Phong it is about 375,923 VND.
Along with concern and support for housing, the city focuses on improving the spiritual life of union members and workers from other provinces. City trade union levels maintain the operation of 24 Culture - Sports Clusters for workers, civil servants and laborers, install and effectively put into use more than 100 trade union physical training points in areas with a large number of workers. It is expected that in 2026, investment in installing a free wireless internet access system will be expanded to more than 100 worker dormitories in the city.
