On July 26, the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City announced that it had planned to organize an art program to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and National Day September 2 (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), and inaugurate Thuy Van Park along with Tam Thang Highlight Square ( Bai Sau, Vung Tau Ward).
This is a major activity of Ho Chi Minh City, organized by the Department of Culture and Sports (VHTT) with a scale of about 30,000 participants, expected to take place in the Tam Thang Highlight Square area, which is currently under urgent construction.
Recently, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has organized a meeting with Vung Tau ward, the investor, the project construction unit, set a deadline for handing over the site to implement the program; and prepared activities to ensure the program is successful and safe.

At the same time, the construction unit is required to urgently complete the highlight project in the square area and hand over the site to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism before August 22.

In particular, the park has been completed, along with 6 public service stations and a coastal emergency observation post, which are completing the final steps to hand over to the management and operation unit.
The square with the Tam Thang tower highlight project is being accelerated and will be completed on schedule, promptly handing over the event site according to regulations.
