On the evening of April 23, Hanoi City Police held the closing ceremony and award ceremony of the 2nd Hanoi Capital Police Good Voice Festival in 2026.
With the theme "Forever Shining Belief", the 2nd Hanoi Police Good Voice Festival in 2026 is a meaningful cultural and artistic event. This is also an activity to celebrate the success of the 14th National Congress, towards celebrating the 80th Anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Security Forces, the 80th Anniversary of the Traditional Day of 5 Forces in the Hanoi Police; and at the same time spreading the "3 Firsts" emulation movement associated with the culture of behavior of officers and soldiers (CBCS) of the Hanoi Police.

Participating in the festival were 21 emulation clusters with 41 special performances in solo, duet, and group genres. Notably, the song "Song of a Police Soldier" composed by Lieutenant Colonel Dinh Van Khoa - Deputy Head of Thu Lam Commune Police; along with some traditional songs of the People's Police Force (CAND) were invested in orchestration and new staging by units, creating diverse artistic colors for the program.
At the program, the Organizing Committee awarded 5 A prizes, 8 B prizes, 12 C prizes, 16 consolation prizes and 5 thematic prizes. Among them, 5 performances won A prizes including: "Mother's Story - Memories of Father" (Emulation Cluster No. 3); "Made in Vietnam" (Emulation Cluster No. 5); "Reversely to Peace" (Emulation Cluster No. 16); "From Lotus Village" (Emulation Cluster No. 2); "Glory of the Vietnam People's Police" (Emulation Cluster No. 9).
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Quyen - Deputy Director of Hanoi City Police congratulated and praised 21 teams with more than 300 officers and soldiers participating; and acknowledged the enthusiastic encouragement of more than 1,000 officers and soldiers, contributing to the success of the festival with many elaborately invested performances, showing the high determination of the units.
The festival is of great significance in discovering, selecting and fostering officers and soldiers with talent and qualifications in the field of culture and arts; strengthening the core force for cultural and artistic clubs, creating sources to participate in contests and performances organized by the Ministry of Public Security, Hanoi City and levels and sectors in the coming time.
At the same time, this is also an opportunity to honor the silent contributions and sacrifices of the Capital Police soldiers in the cause of protecting national security, maintaining social order and safety; thereby contributing to consolidating people's trust in the People's Public Security Forces.
The festival is not only a cultural and artistic event of practical significance to celebrate major holidays of the country and the People's Public Security Forces, but also a widespread political and ideological activity in the entire Hanoi City Police force," Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Quyen emphasized.
