Previously, on the afternoon of August 28, 2025, at a seminar on improving management capacity and service quality for guests in tourism accommodation business activities in 2025, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang City informed that as of August 2025, the total number of tourist accommodation facilities in Da Nang was updated to 2,365 with 61,898 rooms.
Of which, tourist accommodation establishments meet 4-5 star standards and are equivalent to 164 establishments with 31,058 rooms (accounting for 50.2% of rooms); 3-star and equivalent establishments have 132 establishments with 8,556 rooms (accounting for 13.8% of rooms).
At the seminar, representatives of the Management Department of Accommodation Facilities (Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang City) disseminated regulations related to tourism accommodation business activities and related contents; deployed the Da Nang Cultural Tourism Criteria Board.
On the occasion of the National Day holiday on September 2, representatives of tourism management agencies also suggested that accommodation establishments strictly implement regulations on price registration, public listing and selling at the correct price listed for products and services; do not arbitrarily increase prices, causing price fever, negatively affecting the city's tourism industry.
