According to travel agencies, this summer, the demand for foreign travel of Vietnamese tourists has tended to increase, especially in markets nearby such as China, Korea, Thailand, Japan and Singapore. To meet the increasing demand of tourists, businesses have proactively launched a series of incentive programs to stimulate demand.
A representative of Viet Lich Company said that short-term tours to Southeast Asia such as Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia continue to attract a large number of Vietnamese tourists thanks to diverse experiences from the sea, landscapes to shopping, cuisine with reasonable costs and convenient travel time. Destinations with cool climates in the summer such as Korea, Japan and Europe are also of interest to many Vietnamese tourists.
Notably, the unit's mid- summer snow promotion program is receiving positive feedback, the number of tour bookings and consultation requests for these journeys has increased by about 20% compared to the same period last year. Demand comes from many groups of people, notably young people, families and business groups.

However, in remote tour markets such as the US, Europe, Maldives... autumn routes are also of interest to tourists and pre-booked services. This is a low season with good service prices but can be considered one of the seasons with the best weather and beautiful scenery of the year in destinations in Northeast Asia, Europe, and the US.
With positive signals from the market, businesses expect this summer's peak season to be a lever to help the outbound segment grow strongly.
