On November 1, the Department of Performing Arts (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) coordinated with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Khanh Hoa, the Center for Supporting Literature and Arts Writing and related units to organize the opening ceremony of the Writers' Writing Camp for Children in 2025.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Tran Huong Duong - Deputy Director of the Department of Performing Arts, poet Tran Dang Khoa - Vice President of the Vietnam Writers' Association, writer Thai Chi Thanh - Chairman of the Children's Literature Council, and 25 authors who are representatives from professional and local councils across the country.
According to the plan, the 2025 Creative Farm will take place from October 30 to November 6, 2025 with a series of practical activities to support authors to compose for children.
In particular, the Organizing Committee will organize seminars and thematic exchanges to orient the content and creative style.
The authors will discuss frankly the current situation, difficulties and challenges of children's literature, thereby providing new development orientations in the coming period.
In addition, writers and poets will have the opportunity to interact and meet with children with the gift of writing in Khanh Hoa, as well as participate in practical experiences to seek inspiration and creative materials.
Within the framework of the camp, the authors were given free time to research, complete the work, and end with an assessment and summary of the compositions.
Mr. Tran Huong Duong, Deputy Director of the Department of Performing Arts - Head of the Organizing Committee, assessed that the event was an opportunity for authors to experience reality and also an opportunity to exchange and learn creative experience between generations of writers.
He expressed his hope that this trip will produce many good works with profound human values for children.
At the opening ceremony, poet Tran Dang Khoa shared many passionate thoughts about the creative journey for children. He reviewed the traditional Vietnamese literature through the big names who have contributed to this field of the subject.

The poet wished the authors good health and creative inspiration to create works that both attract young readers and move adults when reading.
