Buy tickets to watch circus online, choose seats and receive a QR code right on your phone

Without going to the ticket counter, audiences can view the performance schedule, choose seats, pay and receive electronic tickets from the Vietnam Circus Federation with just a few operations on the phone. The new ticket sales platform is expected to help families be more proactive when planning to take young children to see the circus.

The Vietnam Circus Federation has just coordinated with VTC Corporation to deploy an online ticket sales platform for performance programs at the Central Circus through the website: xiecvietnam.vn.

Instead of having to go directly to the ticket counter or contact through many different channels, audiences can visit the website to follow the performance schedule, choose programs, performances and suitable seating positions.

Notably, the system displays the auditorium diagram, helping buyers proactively choose seats according to their needs before paying. This is a practical utility for families with young children, large groups of people or audiences who want to choose a convenient location to watch the program.

From choosing seats to going to theaters on a platform

The ticket purchase process is carried out on the same system. After selecting the program and seat location, audiences can pay online by electronic methods.

When the transaction is completed, the electronic ticket in the form of a QR code is sent to the buyer. Audiences only need to save the ticket code on their phone and present it when they come to the Central Circus at 67 - 69 Tran Nhan Tong, Hanoi.

The use of QR codes instead of paper tickets helps shorten ticket control time, limits the situation of lost or forgotten tickets. Viewers also do not have to come early to queue to buy tickets before the performance.

Customer accounts on the website also allow users to track purchased tickets and transaction history, more convenient when they need to check performance information or book tickets for subsequent programs.

In the early stages of operation, about 80% of transactions on the platform are carried out by mobile devices. This figure shows that buying tickets via phone is becoming more suitable for the habits of many viewers, especially young people and families with young children.

People's Artist Tong Toan Thang, Director of the Vietnam Circus Federation, said: "The deployment of the online ticketing system is a necessary step for the Federation to catch up with the development trend of the times and change the public's art approach habits. Current audiences, especially young people and families with young children, want to see the performance schedule, choose locations, pay and receive tickets quickly right on their phones.

Technology makes that process more convenient and transparent, and also helps us understand the needs of viewers to organize appropriate programs.

This is not only an innovation in ticket sales but also part of the process of building the Vietnam Circus Federation in a modern, professional direction, bringing circus art closer to the public.

Helping viewers proactively choose programs

The deployment of an online ticket sales website not only changes the traditional ticket sales method, but also makes the audience's journey of enjoying art more convenient right from the step of learning about the program.

Viewers can proactively check the performance schedule, choose a slot suitable for their family's time and know the seating position in advance without having to go to the cinema. The entire process from searching for information, booking tickets, paying, receiving QR codes to checking in is carried out seamlessly.

For the Vietnam Circus Federation, digitizing ticket sales activities also helps the unit monitor audience demand, the occupancy rate of each performance and the trend of program selection. These data can support the development of performance schedules, improve service quality and offer programs that are more suitable for the public.

Technology does not replace the attraction of the stage, artist talent or direct emotions in each performance. However, a fast, clear and convenient ticket purchase process will contribute to bringing circus art closer to viewers.

The common ticket price ranges from 100,000 to 200,000 VND, which is the price range according to the location and performance, not the average price.

How to buy tickets: Audiences access xiecvietnam.vn, choose the program and performance, choose seats on the auditorium layout, pay online, then save the QR code to check-in when arriving at the cinema.
