Many consumers in Ho Chi Minh City also expressed interest and agreement with expanding the use of E10 gasoline. Mr. Le Hoang Anh (Nheu Loc ward) said that he has tried E10 gasoline recently and found that the vehicle operates stably, without major differences compared to traditional gasoline.
In the past few months, some gas stations have sold E10 gasoline, so I have also tried it. The deployment of this type of gasoline is also good for people, reducing environmental pollution without harming the car engine" - Mr. Hoang Anh said.
Meanwhile, Ms. Tran Thai Ha (An Dong ward) hopes that the use of biofuels will contribute to reducing emissions and being more environmentally friendly if quality is controlled stably.

In Ho Chi Minh City, in August 2025, some gas stations under Petrolimex have tested selling E10 gasoline to customers. According to the plan, from May 15, the entire retail system of Petrolimex and PVOIL will complete the conversion to trading E10 bio-gasoline.
Mr. Le Van Thuan - representative of Petrolimex Station No. 3 in Ho Chi Minh City - said that the number of customers accessing and using E10 gasoline is increasing positively. In recent months, consumption output has increased by about 20%. It is expected that by the beginning of next week, the station will completely stop trading mineral gasoline to switch to selling 100% E10 gasoline.
A representative of Petrolimex Saigon said that the conversion process is being implemented in a rolling manner. Any store that sells out of mineral gasoline will completely switch to trading E10 gasoline. The enterprise aims to complete the entire conversion before June 1.

Meanwhile, a representative of PVOIL said that the enterprise has been deploying the business of E10 RON95-III bio-gasoline since April 2026 and will gradually completely switch to this fuel type. From May 15, the system will stop selling RON95-III mineral gasoline to implement synchronous conversion.
The pilot sale of E10 RON95-III gasoline will be implemented from August 1, 2025 in Hanoi and Hai Phong, then expanded to some central and southern provinces. By April 2026, 558 stores out of nearly 1,000 gasoline and oil stores of PVOIL traded in E10 gasoline.
