Special relic of an immortal movement
On September 14, Mr. Le Hong Vinh - Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee said that after the Nghe An Soviet-Soviet relic cluster in Nghe An was recognized as a Special National Monument, the province will focus on preserving and promoting the value of relics associated with tourism development and propaganda and promotion of Nghe An cultural values.

Previously, on September 12, at Nghe An - Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Museum (Thanh Vinh Ward), Nghe An province solemnly held a ceremony to receive the Certificate of National Monument status for "Sites marking the Ngo Tinh Soviet Movement 1930 - 1931". This is a system of 9 component relics spread across many localities, associated with major protests, the formation of communal-level Soviet governments and the mark of the 1930-1931 revolutionary climate.

Notable relics include: The location of the Hung Nguyen farmers' protest on September 12, 1930; Vinh Fishing Port - where many revolutionary soldiers were imprisoned; Ben Thuy intersection; Vo Liet Communal House (Thanh Chuong) - where farmers gathered to fight; along with many other locations in Nghi Loc, Dien Chau, Anh Son... These are considered "historical witnesses" preserving the spirit of struggle and the aspiration for independence and freedom of Nghe Tinh people.
According to the People's Committee of Nghe An province, the recognition of a National Monument is a special opportunity to promote the Soviet movement in Nghe Tinh, not only in the historical aspect but also in tourism development. Recently, the province has organized the art show "Soviet Fire" with lighting, sound, 3D mapping technology to recreate the revolutionary struggle atmosphere, creating a strong impression on tourists and the media.
Monuments conservation associated with tourism development

According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Nghe An province, to make the Xo Viet Nghe Tinh relic system truly a typical tourism product, Nghe An is orienting many solutions.
First of all, the province has developed a comprehensive tourism development plan associated with historical relics, zoning tours according to themes such as revolutionary history, cultural pilgrimages, school education tours, international tours; at the same time, connecting relics with eco-tourism, sea, and ethnic culture destinations to extend stay time and increase spending of visitors.
In addition to the restoration and restoration work to ensure originality, Nghe An focuses on innovating the form of display and presentation using modern technology such as AR/VR, combined with museum space and historical event simulation experience area.
Tourism products will also be more diverse: art performances, "playing role" programs during the Soviet era, community tours to experience rustic life, enjoy Nghe An cuisine, listen to Vi - Giam.
Ms. Tran Thi Kim Phuong - Head of Nghe An Province Monuments Management Board - said: "We are urgently completing scientific documents, enhancing exhibition, explanation, and application of digital technology to recreate historical space. At the same time, the relics will be connected in a thematic tour route, so that visitors can not only learn about one location but also experience the whole system.
Promotion and advertising work is identified as a breakthrough. The province aims to produce documentaries, short videos, and vlogs spread on social networks; invite journalists, KOLs, and bloggers to experience; participate in international tourism fairs to put the Soviet Union of Nghe Tinh on the world tourism map.
At the same time, Nghe An will coordinate with Ha Tinh to build an inter-provincial route, cooperate with localities in the region, ensure sustainable development, associated with the participation and direct benefits of the local community.
