To lose weight, Ngoc Anh applies strict principles such as not eating after 6:30 pm, minimizing carbohydrates and sugar, and only eating light fiber and protein in the morning.
In particular, right after receiving the new film project, she actively lost another 5kg to have a petite figure when appearing on screen.
Currently, her weight is maintained stably at 46kg.
