March 4th, the second day of the festival, but the number of pilgrims and people was still packed at the gate of Dai Cai Temple, Tan Linh commune, Lao Cai province.
A large number of police and grassroots security and order forces, military forces were present to ensure security and order, and divert traffic in the area.

In the temple yard area, a large number of people responded to the Hau Dong ceremony, lit incense to worship the village tutelary god, and visited and traveled around the Hac Y archaeological and cultural relic complex.
Here, a series of activities are organized by local authorities such as cultural, artistic, sports and folk games activities; fire dancing performances; releasing lanterns, fireworks... throughout the 3 days of the festival.



Ms. Ta Thi Thanh Ha (tourist from Trung Tam ward, Lao Cai province) said: "This year, after the merger of provinces, communes, and localities, festivals are organized very professionally and methodically, along with many attractive programs following each other, attracting tourists from near and far.
On March 4, a series of programs at the Festival took place such as leather volleyball, goat fighting, banh day wrapping contest, stilt walking contest.... which were enjoyed by a large number of people.



What makes everyone most excited at this year's festival is that for the first time the fire dancing performance of the Dao ethnic people was included in the official program.
The ritual, which carries the meaning of praying for luck, peace and strength, created a unique highlight for the festival. In addition, the lantern releasing ceremony with wishes for peace, happiness and prosperity left many emotions in the hearts of the participants.


In addition, activities to display and introduce typical local products, from agricultural products, traditional cuisine to handicrafts and OCOP products.
Through this, the image of people and the land of Tan Linh is promoted more widely, opening up opportunities for production linkages, product consumption, promoting community tourism development and improving people's lives.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Son - Chairman of Tan Linh Commune People's Committee - said that the organization of the festival is not only aimed at preserving and promoting traditional cultural values but also concretizing the policy of developing culture associated with sustainable tourism.
According to Mr. Son, the locality is gradually realizing the orientation of turning heritage into property, making the value of relics an important resource for socio-economic development.
