The program "Homeland Self-Love" - a reformed opera night with a confessional nature of Meritorious Artist Thanh Thanh Tam will take place at 7:30 PM on March 28, 2026 at Hung Dao Theater (HCMC). This is considered a special occasion for the female artist to look back on her artistic journey, and at the same time reunite with the audience through the roles that made her name.
According to information from the organizers, the program gathers familiar Cai Luong artists, along with young voices, bringing a traditional artistic space but still with modern intersection. In which, Thanh Thanh Tam will recreate many classic excerpts associated with her career, especially the role of "Miss Thanh" in the play "Hon vong phu" - which once left a deep impression when she collaborated with the late Meritorious Artist Vu Linh.
The return of this role in the context of the absence of a close co-star from years ago is also a highlight that makes the audience curious. Many opinions believe that this is not only a performance but also a thank you, a "love song" of the artist with stage memories and deceased co-stars.

Notably, artist Thanh Thanh Tam invited Binh Tinh - Vu Linh's adopted daughter to participate in the show. This information quickly received attention from the audience, because Binh Tinh is a familiar face of the current Cai Luong stage, and is also closely associated with traditional art.
On March 24, Binh Tinh shared photos of practicing with Meritorious Artist Thanh Thanh Tam. She revealed to reporters that she would participate in the performance with her senior.
Previously, Meritorious Artist Thanh Thanh Tam went to the cemetery in Ho Chi Minh City to visit the grave of late artist Vu Linh. During their lifetime, late artist Vu Linh and Meritorious Artist Thanh Thanh Tam were a harmonious couple loved by the audience.
With ticket prices ranging from 400,000 VND to 1.5 million VND, the program targets many audiences, and also has preferential policies for students. According to Binh Tinh's disclosure, the number of tickets has been sold out, leaving only one row on the upper floor.
